As President and CEO of CA Specialities, Cathy has over 25 years experience in surfactant and cosmetic chemistry in research and development as well as sales and marketing. Cathy is a graduate of Oglethorpe University with a BS in Chemistry and holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, with post graduate courses in Industrial Distribution at University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL . Cathy has held numerous offices in the Society of Cosmetic Chemists on both local and National levels.
Kirk Clark represents CA Specialities at accounts in the Mid South region to include Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Stella Vaughn has over 30 years of technical sales experience in the specialty chemicals field. She covers the region of GA and Eastern TN. Stella holds a BS degree from Georgia State in Chemistry. She is a native of Atlanta and resides there with her husband Steve. Stella is a avid pet lover.
Anna Robinette is our Technical Services Manager. Anna handles all areas of technical support to our customers and sales department. She was previously employed by Bareco waxes, GB Fermentation, and Leiner Pharmaceutical. Anna's expertise includes formulations in H I &I , Pharmaceutical and the Cosmetics industries. Anna is a South Carolina native and holds a BS from Univ. of NC, Chapel Hill. Anna hobbies include gourmet bakiing.
Technical Advisor- Betty Noble has over 30 years of cosmetic formulation experience, quality control and FDA compliance specialist.She was previously with Coty, Almay, and Glaxo.
Operations-Troy Roberts is in charge of our warehousing and logistics.
Customer Service -Paulette McAteer supports our customers in order fulfillment and product selection. Paulette has 20 + years in the customer service field and administrative support.
Sales Assistant-Shelley Erhmanntraut supports internal and sales team and administers accounts payable. Shelley is new to the southern USA , relocating from Rhode Island. She holds a BA Degree from Merrimont.
