CA Specialities, Ltd. began in 1987 as a manufacturers’ agent acting as an extension of the direct sales force of select chemical companies. With a focus on Cosmetic, Household, I & I manufacturers in 8 states of the southeastern US, we provided our customers with sales and technical support using our sales staff of universiy degreed scientists with industry experience from relative R & D facilities.
We opened our first office in Charlotte in 1990 and soon outgrew that facility and moved to a larger site in Chester,SC in 1993. We began warehousing and custom blending in 1995. By 1998 we expanded to a full stocking distributors and purchased a new larger site in 1999.
CA Specialities implemented a new Supply Chain Business System to support our growth. We continue to offer the best technical support available to our customers and continue to recruit our sales force from degreed scientists with industry experience to serve our suppliers with a true technical product sale.
